Our Essex heritage needs your help…
We began our work with the Trust’s launch in 1990, formed after the success of the Essex Heritage Year in 1989.
It became evident that much more help was needed towards saving our rich and diverse heritage, to make it accessible for the benefit and enjoyment of the people of Essex and our many visitors.
We have already helped hundreds of projects including the restoration of buildings, publication of books and purchase of items for public galleries and museums.
The Trust has fired the imagination of people across our County and from all walks of life. We can help fund those projects on which so much time and dedication is spent by enthusiasts, local communities, and curators.
